Refund & Return Policy
At Gothic Wedding Dresses Shop, we are dedicated to providing you with the perfect dress for your special day. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If your dress is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
